This has been a long & very windy road for us.  Our idea has been on our minds for 20 years or better as we moved to Custer 16 years ago to start a broasted chicken restaurant.  As the story goes....life gets in the way sometimes.  Finally, everything started to line up and here we are.  We are fulfilling our dream and serving our wonderful broasted chicken for our community and others around us.  Please come and enjoy!
