What is Broasted Chicken, you ask?

A healthy, delicious alternative to deep fried chicken.

The chicken is placed in 360 degree oil that sears the outside and is placed under pressure. This uses the natural moisture and juices in the chicken to cook from the inside out, not the outside in. Therefore, this cooking method reduces the saturated fats/oils absorbed in the chicken, leaving it juicy and full of flavor. Enjoy!
